A Few Tips

Go to "Manage Content" in the admin. You will see this page listed as "02-a few tips". Click in the text field and change "02-" to "99-". Now you know how to order your items in the menu: add a two digit and dash prefix to their name...

Go to "Manage Content" in the admin. You will see this page listed as "xx-a few tips". Click in the text field and change the file name to "hid-a few tips". This file is now hidden from your site navigation menu...
Note: if you are in "Edit Mode" this page will still be listed, but crossed-over, to indicate that it is hidden. Turn "Edit Mode" off, and it will disappear from the list.

Click on the icon in the tool bar at the top of the text area. Follow the instructions, click "INSERT", then click "PUBLISH" or "preview".
